{"id":995,"date":"2020-01-10T16:43:41","date_gmt":"2020-01-10T19:43:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rusvelnantes.com.br\/hondatar\/portaria-seprevt-1-419-2019-cronograma-de-implementacao-do-esocial-e-dividido-em-grupos-de-empresas\/"},"modified":"2026-09-29T19:25:05","modified_gmt":"2026-09-29T22:25:05","slug":"portaria-seprevt-1-419-2019-cronograma-de-implementacao-do-esocial-e-dividido-em-grupos-de-empresas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hondatar.com.br\/en\/portaria-seprevt-1-419-2019-cronograma-de-implementacao-do-esocial-e-dividido-em-grupos-de-empresas\/","title":{"rendered":"PORTARIA SEPREVT 1.419\/2019 \u2013 CRONOGRAMA DE IMPLEMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DO ESOCIAL \u00c9 DIVIDIDO EM GRUPOS DE EMPRESAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foi publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, no dia 24 de dezembro de 2019, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hondatar.com.br\/portaria-no-1-357-de-9-de-dezembro-de-2019\/\">Portaria <\/a>n\u00b0 1.419, de 23 de dezembro de 2019, que disp\u00f5e sobre o cronograma de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital das Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es Fiscais, Previdenci\u00e1rias e Trabalhistas (eSocial).<\/p>\n<p>O Sistema de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital das Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es Fiscais, Previdenci\u00e1rias<br \/>\ne Trabalhistas (eSocial), foi institu\u00eddo pelo Decreto n\u00ba 8373, de 11 de<br \/>\ndezembro de 2014.&nbsp;Com a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o desse sistema, os empregadores est\u00e3o<br \/>\nobrigados a comunicar ao Governo, de forma unificada, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es relativas<br \/>\naos trabalhadores, como v\u00ednculos, contribui\u00e7\u00f5es previdenci\u00e1rias, folha de<br \/>\npagamento, comunica\u00e7\u00f5es de acidente de trabalho, aviso pr\u00e9vio, escritura\u00e7\u00f5es<br \/>\nfiscais e informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o FGTS.<\/p>\n<p>A Portaria SEPREVT 1.419\/2019, revoga a Portaria SEPREVT 716\/2019,<br \/>\nestabelecendo novas diretrizes sobre o Cronograma, conforme abaixo as<br \/>\nprincipais altera\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A nova portaria manteve a estrutura do Comit\u00ea Gestor do eSocial;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Estabelece que o novo comit\u00ea \u00e9 composto por um representante titular e<br \/>\nrespectivo suplente dos seguintes \u00f3rg\u00e3os espec\u00edficos singulares e entidade<br \/>\nvinculada ao Minist\u00e9rio da Economia:<\/p>\n<p>I \u2013 Secretaria Especial de Previd\u00eancia e Trabalho;<\/p>\n<p>II \u2013 Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil;<\/p>\n<p>III \u2013 Secretaria Especial de Produtividade, Emprego e Competitividade;<\/p>\n<p>IV \u2013 Secretaria Especial de Desburocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o, Gest\u00e3o e Governo Digital;<br \/>\ne<\/p>\n<p>V \u2013 Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; O novo Comit\u00ea Gestor ser\u00e1 coordenado pelo representante da Secretaria<br \/>\nEspecial de Previd\u00eancia e Trabalho \u2013 SEPREVT;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal n\u00e3o faz mais parte do novo Comit\u00ea Gestor, mas<br \/>\ncontinua sendo o agente operador do FGTS, a qual estabelecer\u00e1 os procedimentos<br \/>\nde acordo com as mudan\u00e7as de prazos quanto ao recolhimento por meio da nova<br \/>\nGRFGTS; <\/p>\n<p>-A nova portaria manteve a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do eSocial em grupos, conforme<br \/>\ncalend\u00e1rio de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema de Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Digital das Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es<br \/>\nFiscais, Previdenci\u00e1rias e Trabalhistas, bem como estabelece a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de<br \/>\nnovas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es e eventos (Ex.
