Vai ao Senado Federal.<br \/>Parecer aprovado<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>26.3.2020: Plen\u00e1rio<\/strong><br \/>PL 702\/2020: dispensa o trabalhador infectado por coronav\u00edrus de apresentar atestado m\u00e9dico para justificar a falta e garantir o recebimento de sal\u00e1rio.<br \/>Resultado: Mat\u00e9ria aprovada. Vai ao Senado Federal.<br \/>Parecer aprovado<\/p>\n<p>PL 9236\/2017: disp\u00f5e sobre par\u00e2metros adicionais para caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o da situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social, para fins de elegibilidade ao Benef\u00edcio de Presta\u00e7\u00e3o Continuada, pela pessoa com defici\u00eancia ou idosa.<br \/>Resultado: Mat\u00e9ria aprovada. Vai ao Senado Federal.<br \/>Parecer aprovado<\/p>\n<p><strong>SENADO FEDERAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;<strong>24.3.2020: Plen\u00e1rio<\/strong><br \/>MP 899\/2019: regulamenta a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas tribut\u00e1ria com a Uni\u00e3o. Estabelece que a concess\u00e3o de benef\u00edcios fiscais somente poder\u00e1 ocorrer em caso de comprovada necessidade e mediante avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade contributiva de cada contribuinte, al\u00e9m de precisar atender \u00e0s demais condi\u00e7\u00f5es e limites previstos em lei.<br \/>Resultado: Mat\u00e9ria aprovada. Vai a veto\/san\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial.<br \/>Projeto de Lei de Convers\u00e3o aprovado<\/p>\n<p>\u2022<strong>&nbsp;25.3.2020: Plen\u00e1rio<\/strong><br \/>PL 668\/2020: permite a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o ou a restri\u00e7\u00e3o de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos considerados essenciais ao combate \u00e0 epidemia de coronav\u00edrus no Brasil.<br \/>Resultado: Mat\u00e9ria aprovada. O PL havia sido aprovado na C\u00e2mara na semana passada e chegou ao Senado em regime de urg\u00eancia. Como foi modificado pelos senadores, retorna para nova an\u00e1lise dos deputados.<br \/>Substitutivo aprovado<\/p>\n<p>MP 928\/2020: estabelece prioridade para os pedidos de acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o relacionados ao enfrentamento da emerg\u00eancia de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica. Suspende prazos de resposta a pedidos de acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os ou nas entidades da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica cujos servidores estejam sujeitos a regime de quarentena, teletrabalho ou equivalentes.
