Comunicamos aos nossos clientes que a Junta Comercial do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (\u201cJUCESP<\/em><\/strong>\u201d) retomou, em 12 de maio de 2020, os servi\u00e7os presenciais para arquivamento de atos societ\u00e1rios obedecendo as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a estipuladas pelo Governo do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

Os servi\u00e7os da JUCESP est\u00e3o sendo realizados de forma singular podendo ocorrer de duas maneiras: (i) \u201cvia Delivery\u201d, mediante o envio dos documentos por Correio; ou por (ii) \u201cDrive-Thru\u201d com a entrega dos documentos via malote, mediante pr\u00e9vio agendamento.<\/p>\n

Em todos os casos os protocolos de documentos dever\u00e3o ser entregues na ordem correta e mediante a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de formul\u00e1rio espec\u00edfico dispon\u00edvel no site da JUCESP. Nos casos de \u201cDrive Thru\u201d somente o respons\u00e1vel pelo agendamento poder\u00e1 comparecer, acompanhado de documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, e n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 permitida a entrada na JUCESP antes ou depois do hor\u00e1rio agendado.<\/p>\n

Considerando o disposto no artigo 6\u00ba da Medida Provis\u00f3ria n\u00ba 931\/2020, \u00e9 de suma import\u00e2ncia que os atos societ\u00e1rios assinados a partir de 16 de fevereiro de 2020 sejam protocolados na Junta Comercial no prazo de 30 dias, contados a partir do restabelecimento dos servi\u00e7os da junta comercial, isto \u00e9, 11\/06\/2020, para que os efeitos do registro retroajam \u00e0 data de assinatura.<\/p>\n
