{"id":597,"date":"2026-04-09T17:19:04","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T20:19:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rusvelnantes.com.br\/hondatar\/lei-no-15-377-2026-reforca-papel-das-empresas-na-conscientizacao-e-realizacao-de-exames-preventivos\/"},"modified":"2026-04-09T17:19:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T20:19:04","slug":"lei-no-15-377-2026-reforca-papel-das-empresas-na-conscientizacao-e-realizacao-de-exames-preventivos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hondatar.com.br\/en\/lei-no-15-377-2026-reforca-papel-das-empresas-na-conscientizacao-e-realizacao-de-exames-preventivos\/","title":{"rendered":"LEI N\u00ba 15.377\/2026 REFOR\u00c7A PAPEL DAS EMPRESAS NA CONSCIENTIZA\u00c7\u00c3O E REALIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DE EXAMES PREVENTIVOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foi publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, em 06 de abril de 2026, a Lei n\u00ba 15.377, que promove altera\u00e7\u00f5es na Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho (CLT), com a inclus\u00e3o do artigo 169-A e do \u00a7 3\u00ba ao artigo 473, ampliando as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es das empresas acerca da sa\u00fade preventiva.<\/p>\n<p>A nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o estabelece que as empresas passem a ter o dever de fornecer aos seus empregados informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre campanhas oficiais de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o, com destaque para o papilomav\u00edrus humano (HPV), bem como sobre a preven\u00e7\u00e3o dos c\u00e2nceres de mama, de colo do \u00fatero e de pr\u00f3stata.
