{"id":1023,"date":"2019-11-07T17:17:12","date_gmt":"2019-11-07T20:17:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rusvelnantes.com.br\/hondatar\/decreto-regulamenta-o-trabalho-temporario\/"},"modified":"2026-09-29T19:25:07","modified_gmt":"2026-09-29T22:25:07","slug":"decreto-regulamenta-o-trabalho-temporario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hondatar.com.br\/en\/decreto-regulamenta-o-trabalho-temporario\/","title":{"rendered":"Decreto Regulamenta o Trabalho Tempor\u00e1rio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Em vigor desde 16\/10\/2019, o <strong>Decreto Federal n\u00ba 10.060, de 14 de outubro de 2019<\/strong>, regulamenta a Lei n\u00ba 6.019, de 3 de janeiro de 1974, que disp\u00f5e sobre o <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hondatar.com.br\/tributacao-internet-coisas-capacidade-contributiva-robos\/\">trabalho<\/a> tempor\u00e1rio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com este regulamento, considera-se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>trabalho tempor\u00e1rio<\/strong> aquele prestado por pessoa f\u00edsica contratada por uma empresa de trabalho tempor\u00e1rio que a coloca \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma empresa tomadora de servi\u00e7os ou cliente, para atender \u00e0 necessidade de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o transit\u00f3ria de pessoal permanente ou \u00e0 demanda complementar de servi\u00e7os;<\/li>\n<li><strong>empresa de trabalho tempor\u00e1rio<\/strong> &#8211; pessoa jur\u00eddica, devidamente registrada no Minist\u00e9rio da Economia, respons\u00e1vel pela coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhadores tempor\u00e1rios \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de outras empresas, tomadoras de servi\u00e7os ou clientes, que deles necessite, temporariamente.\n<p>Fica revogado o Decreto n\u00ba 73.841, de 13 de mar\u00e7o de 1974.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Em vigor desde 16\/10\/2019, o Decreto Federal n\u00ba 10.060, de 14 de outubro de [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1115,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[38,1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1023","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-imprensa","category-noticia"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
